As A/E/C firms continue to respond to change, employers are faced with many questions about responsibilities and ways forward related to the return to the office.
Framework is organizing a free legal information seminar to discuss key considerations for employers as they make decisions during this unprecedented time, including:
- occupational health and safety issues;
- human rights and accommodation;
- temporary and permanent lay-offs;
- government work-share and subsidy programs.
The session will help employers navigate their employment obligations as they make decisions amidst changes to revenue, regulations, people, and government support programs. The webinar will start with a focused presentation on what A/E/C professional services firms need to know, followed by a Q&A discussion period.
Note: This presentation will provide legal information, not legal advice, with a focus on Ontario law.
Presented by Gregory Ko, Kastner Lam LLP
