Russell founded Framework Leadership in 2019 after several years working as a management consultant as a doer-seller. He is passionate about improving workplace culture both for employees and for employers, aiming to ensure that culture contributes to strong, productive teams and future-focused companies. In his work with professional services firms, he strengthens the connection between workplace culture and company brand.
He develops bespoke leadership training programmes for professional services firms in the healthcare, architecture and engineering industries. He gains an understanding of the organizational culture and shapes workshops and coaching sessions to help individuals and teams be successful at supporting the business’ objectives.
