Russell is a business consultant for professions that serve the built environment, including architecture, engineering, and urban planning.
He is founder of Framework Leadership, a consultancy for workplace culture, leadership development, and inclusion, and of Pride Talks, a program for Queer inclusion in the construction industry. Russell’s supports leaders in their responsibilities to both business and people. He is a Past-President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services Ontario and a continuous contributor to organizations and initiatives that support equity, diversity and inclusion.
Russell has a Master of Business Administration, bachelor of interdisciplinary leadership, and Certificates in leadership and inclusion.
