Russell Pollard (he/him), MBA
Russell Pollard is an engaging speaker on leadership, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, marketing, business development, and brand for the AEC sector.
He is frequently invited to speak at conferences, industry associations, and workplaces, engaging audiences across the architecture, consulting engineering, and design professions, as well as nonprofit business associations and identity-based organizations.
With an engaging, friendly, and informative style, Russell brings energy and insight to every presentation. His approach blends storytelling, research, and interactive techniques to keep audiences involved and inspired. He has spoken at both local and national events, sharing expertise that helps organizations foster inclusive, high-performing workplaces and build strong, authentic brands.
Russell has chaired the Museum of Architecture’s Associates Leadership Club and is the founder of Framework Leadership, a consultancy focused on workplace culture, leadership development, and inclusion. He also founded Pride Talks, a program dedicated to advancing Queer inclusion in the construction industry. A dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion, he is a Past President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services Ontario and an active contributor to initiatives supporting diverse leadership in business and design.
Russell holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Leadership, and certificates in leadership and inclusion. He has also completed a social procurement course for architects through the London School of Architecture. His expertise, combined with a passion for fostering meaningful change, makes him a compelling and impactful speaker for organizations looking to enhance their leadership, culture, and inclusivity.
