Workshop - Supporting Colleagues’ Learning and Development

Our workshops and presentations are designed to support learners’ knowledge, abilities, and confidence in them selves, their colleagues, and business. Contact Russell Pollard to discuss how our programs can benefit you and your business.

Supporting team members’ confidence and growth is a critical role of leaders.

Session Overview

This session aims to support Leaders in understanding and delivering on their role in supporting team members’ efficacy and learning. Reflecting the need for leaders to lead more for people and the business levels and often less at the project levels, approaches to delegating and providing effective feedback will be presented. Participants will be supported in establishing relationships with colleagues that promote communication, trust and respect for each others’ roles.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Identify how to establish learning-focused relationships with team members.

  2. Increase awareness of people-management function of one’s role.

  3. Describe and apply frameworks for delegating and providing feedback (positive and constructive) to support colleagues’ learning.

  4. Identify behaviours and approaches that contribute to a workplace culture of learning, recognition and confidence.
