Leaders often have change management responsibilities to support the success of the their business and people.

Session Overview

This session aims to support participants in leading or contributing to their change management responsibilities. It will introduce two frameworks for change management that reflect people and processes, and support a structured way of planning and leading change. The session also provides approaches to ensuring that newly established change management programs are not dependent on any one individual. The importance of being change-adaptive will be presented, referencing previous sessions. 

Learning Outcomes

  1. Describe change management frameworks in relation to their responsibilities and organization.

  2. Identify at which stage of change potential barriers and opportunities may be and discuss how to circumvent them.

  3. Engage others in supporting change initiatives through communication, clear accountabilities, and persuasion/cohesion.

Delivery Options

  • Presentations and workshops are often between 60 minutes and 2.5 hours in duration, depending on needs and extent to which discussion is desired amongst participants.

  • Presentations and workshops are comprised of a variety of engagement tools including short, focused presentations, individual reflective exercises, situational programs, and peer activity, discussions, and learning.

  • During or following the session, participants are encouraged to develop an action plan to support application of learning.

  • The workshop can be delivered in person or online.

  • Many clients decide to engage us for a programme which brings several workshop and presentation options together with optional individual sessions for participants.
